How do I request a credit account?

Want to request a credit account as you register a new account?

You can request a credit account upon the completion of your account registration.

Go to login/register and click register. Then fill out the form - Note: You need to sign up with your company name
Once you have verified your account you will be given the option to finish your account creation in the My Account page
Here you will need to select New Company and fill out all relevant company information.
At the bottom on this page you will be able to select account type. Select Credit Account

Already have an account but want to request credit?

If you have an existing website account with us you can request credit via the My Account page.

Go to My Account
At the bottom of the list you'll see 'Apply for credit account' - click that
Please fill out the relevant details to complete your credit request

Hazardous Products

Due to restrictions imposed by the Transport of Dangerous Goods Act, select products can be delivered to MAINLAND UK ONLY.

Any product flagged with "Hazardous Product" will need to be removed from your basket or replaced by a non-hazardous alternative if you're wanting it to be delivered outside of mainland UK.

To track your order, you will need to login to your account. Then go to My Account. Then go to Order History where you will be able to see your orders and tracking information.

Can I change my delivery address?

To change your delivery address or add a new one please login to your account and go to My Account. Then go to the Delivery Addresses section. Here you can remove/add new addresses and save them for later use.

You can collect your order from our distribution centre. Please ensure you select the collect option during the checkout process.

To save a delivery address for please login to your account and go to My Account. Then go to the Delivery Addresses section. You can enter new addresses and save them for later use.

How do I place an order?

If you have registered an account with us, login first to ensure you receive your discount pricing. Then, to place an order, please browse or search for a product you would like to purchase. Add it to the basket and then proceed to the basket via the button on the top right of the page. Ensure the product and quantity are correct and proceed to checkout and follow instructions.

Can I add to an order once its been placed?

Unfortunately you are unable to add to an order once its been processed. You will need to create an additional order.

Saved Baskets

To Save a basket:

You need to be logged in to save a basket. You can save your basket within the basket page. Got to the basket section at the bottom of the page, give your basket a name and press save. You will then be able to access your saved basket in the my account section.

To view your previously favourited baskets:

You will need to login for the first time on the new site. Your previous favourited baskets from the legacy site will now be called 'Saved Baskets' and will be visible within the saved baskets section of your account: My Account

Please note: Any baskets you favourite on the legacy site after signing in for the first time on the new site will not be transferred over. If you wish to create new saved baskets, please do so on the new website.
